WEIDER MICRONIZED CREATINE MONOHYDRATE POWDER - Creatine of the latest generation - Creatine (C) is a very common supplement for sportsmen and women. Numerous studies have demonstrated its ergogenic effect by increasing the reserves of phosphocreatine (PC) in the muscles, and therefore of ATP. Since ATP is the energy molecule that the muscle uses during high-intensity, short-duration efforts, creatine (C) supplementation increases the energy supply to the muscles, while facilitating the resynthesis of phosphocreatine (PC). All of this translates into increased strength and improved recovery between sets, which in turn allows you to increase the intensity of your workouts and improve your performance day by day. To help you achieve better results, Weider has formulated a micronised, 200 mesh ultra fine creatine. This refers to the minimal particle size which allows for a high solubility in water, and thus the optimum absorption by the body. At Weider we are always looking for innovation and that is why we have added an incredible blue raspberry flavour to our creatine which will not leave you indifferent. In addition, in order to achieve a more than complete formula, we have added AstraGin®, a patented 100% plant-based compound that increases the absorption capacity of many vital nutrients, supporting a healthy intestinal environment. Numerous studies confirm its effectiveness in increasing the absorption of amino acids such as creatine by up to 33%. DIRECTIONS: Mix 4.6 g of powder (1+1/2 measuring spoons) in 150 ml of water. PRESENTATION: 300g (65 portions) FLAVOUR: Blue Raspberry Bubble Gum RECOMMENDATION: 1 portion per day during 6 weeks, followed by a break of 2-4 weeks before resuming intake.
