I usually get cramps in my legs so I am very worried each time I go on cycling sportive epic days. I feel that these SIS is really made a big difference in my fueling. It is very expensive but worth every penny

I enjoyed this energy drink a lot, It definitely was typical of sis products i have had in the past. When i put down the power on my bike and drink this during my rides, It gave me the energy to keep going even when it got tough. I can't think of any negatives about this orange energy drink, As it helped me perform well and tastes delicious. It is exactly what i would expect from a sis product, Giving me high octane when i'm low on energy. This is a drink i would recommend to any cyclists looking for gains during their training routine.

I really appreciate the fact that this is a vegan supplement and it states there is clearly on the box that the sachets come in. I use this as an intra workout when I am doing and especially heavy session of either cardio or weights or both. I found it mixed reasonably well and I use the same shaker bottle that I use before my session to use it for pre-workout. It mixes is reasonably well with cold water and produces quite a nice flavour. I like this orange as the sweetness level is just right. Enough for it to be pleasant It's not overly sweet. I find this reasonably convenient and also helping me get a real boost for those longer heavier sessions. It's maybe not the cheapest of supplements but the fact that it is a vegan supplement means that I am happy paying that little bit extra.

When it comes to supplements, it is super important you chose the right brand and one you can trust. I have tried dozens of supplements by Science in Sports and not once have I been disappointed. This Beta Fuel supplement is no exception. I have had several sachets for different work outs and I must say I am trilled with the results already. I found that these were most effective for cardio / endurance rather than weight training. This is because of the source of fast absorbed carbs this supplement provides which keeps you energised for hours. I cycle to and from university and found that this drink supplement was perfect to refuel when half way through my 16km daily commutes. The sachet mixes well in water (I found chilled was best) and provides a creamy texture which was tasty (had a nice citrus orange flavour), and hence I did not feel like I was force feeding myself on my brief cycle breaks. I am very happy with every aspect of this product. No side effects or jitters which is important for cycling in rush hour London. I also found that it improved my focus which is key also for cycling on busy main roads. Great value considering quality. 5 stars! I've used beta fuel during my training and racing for a couple of years now and it's become a permanent part of my race kit. I usually mix up a sachet into a 750ml bottle the night before a race for convenience sake more than anything, I know the instructions say to mix with 600ml but I found it doesn't affect the energy intake as long as you have sorted your fuelling properly, that 750ml bottle over 1 hour will give you the same amount of energy as a 600ml over an hour. I find the powder mixes well and have never had any clumps in my bottle. The taste is nice without being overly sickly, which is nice because I normally drink at least 2 of these during a race and without being too sickly means I'm happy to keep drinking them without feeling sick. These are a little bit on the higher price range for cycling energy, and you can get cheaper tubs that does a similar job. However I have found that as this product does a much better job at fuelling than other powders and prevents any stomach issues that I've had with other powders.
