The life-prolonging properties of this combo are well known, good that now comes in a form that can be easily tolerated. Taste wise it's like chewing gum menthol chewing gum so not too bad. I would recommend.

Super easy and tasty spray to get your daily vitamin D up. When I'm working from home I don't get enough natural light, I don't go outside (though I ought to) and this affects my vitamin D levels. After a few days I end up getting joint pains. This spray has made it much easier to get the top up. It tastes good and it's easy to use so when I forget to take my supplements this comes in very handy. Plus since the bottle is fairly strong and small it's easy to keep in your bag. That way I can get my vitamin D if in out or at work. Very handy to have and tastes good. I'd love if they made other flavours for this supplement in the future x

This spray supplement is a great alternative for all people who have issues with swallowing the pills. I have used a different brand before, but as I have a magnesium gel from this brand, I decided to try one of the vitamin oral sprays they have as well. You have to do 1 spray per day which will give you about 1 month's supply for the whole bottle. Please note the spray is more like a stream rather than mist, so don't get surprised as it can go straight in your throat and shock you - as it did with me. I would suggest aiming it at your tongue just in case. It has a zingy flavour (with I am happy as the previous one I had was a bit too sweetener-like) and it is sweet but not overly. I think it's a nice supplement to get especially during winter days when we need to boost up your system, and as it's at a very reasonable price I defiantly recommend it.

I was looking for vitamin d spray and I always forgot to take the tablet one and I got this spray and it's so suitable to carry with you all the time. I just put the 3/4 spray under my tongue and it's done. If you hate the tablets just like me then go for the spray.It is so nice and the flavour is nice too and vitamin D is the most important supplement in this winter

D3 particularly is a very important vitamin for our bodies and is usually created during the summer months when we expose our skin to sunlight. During the winter months (in the UK) we experience very little sunshine and people who either work night shifts and don't get enough sunshine or those that cover their bodies all year round (due to ethnicity) can be partial to having a D3 deficiency which can affect many aspects of your body not to mention mood, hair and skin and so on. I had a blood test many years ago, not long after starting night shift work and the doctor told me I had a vitamin D3 deficiency and prescribed a high strength supplement which was 10,000iu. I noticed a vast improvement in my hair and skin, mood and general feeling of well-being around 2 weeks later and praise this particular vitamin highly as there are many people out there totally oblivious to the fact they could be deficient of this vitamin. Combined with vitamin K2 this easy to take oral spray requires nothing more than a simple squirt in the mouth, or more specifically under the tongue where it's better and quicker absorbed. The peppermint flavour makes it palatable and nice to administer too. I wish every vitamin came as a squirty type as the daily ritual of popping all my vitamin capsules is a bit time consuming lol. At least this is one supplement that makes my ritual that bit easier. This is a one squirt bottle and has 125 doses for the price which is pretty good value although the amount of D3 is a lot lower than the doc prescribed, this particular dosage level is more of a daily maintenance dose to keep D3 levels topped up and built up. As with all supplements always check with your healthcare professional before taking supplements particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have a medical condition and/or taking regular medication. Nice taste and easy to use at a good value price.
