I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 120 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around 4 months. Pretty good value for money at under a tenner. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider.

Within a few days, this amazing adaptogen brought my BP down to a normal level. I have used Rhodiola ever since and it really is an amazing supplement. It can balance cortisol, which does a great deal of damage to your body and so it helps with stress. It can also help with T2 Diabetes by balancing cortisol levels. This product works very well at helping the body fight stress and very mild depression. It is not a cure-all, but you can feel it working within two weeks. This is a super product and one I can recommend.

I use to drink Rhodiola rosea tea every night before sleep as it always helped me to relieve my stress and relaxation my muscles to get better sleep. But making tea is a hassle, especially in working life sometimes I did not get time to make it so I left it. Second the taste tea comes with a bitter taste had to put I a bit sugar to make it worth drinking but still it's hard. Just saw it in a capsule shape and got very happy. Having started it again I am relaxed and stress-free again. It's handy solution to take a capsule with water with no taste in your mouth which is great for me. I am satisfied with them and will keep taking them. Recommended.
