I think the entire country is suffering from B vitamin deficiency and it is so much needed.. Most people are not eating enough meat from where most of our B vitamins come.and you need the B s.... all the B s, to have health and calm and sleep and cognition and energy and everything else. Most B complex tablets are in very low amounts so it is great to top up some of them. Anxiety is certainly not helped by having too little of the B vitamins, and maybe caused in part by B deficiencies. This is a great amount to top up a B complex with or even to try on its own. Great value . I will report back when I have used these for a while. but so far great.

My wife has problematic skin. It can sometimes develop a rash/acne type of effect on her face. She has tried many different types of creams and supplements. If you give Niacinamide enough time it can help regulate skin issues and acne. This product helps pretty well. It is 500mg and is quite potent. Over a period of time, Niacinamide will help increase Keratinwhich helps to increase moisture to the skin and it also helps with any kind of skin inflammation. This is a good product that works and I am happy to recommend it.

I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 120 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around 4 months. Pretty good value for money at just under a tenner. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your immune health.

Ok - so it is waaaay too early to tell if these work - but i will re-review next check up! I am taking B-vitamins (specifically B3) as a wider lifestyle change to lower LDL cholestorol levels. The tablets themselves are easy to swallow - not sure on taste though, I dont really chew tablets! Presented in a standard plastic tablet bottle - the cap is NOT one of those childproof tops - with plenty of info on the outside. The tablets are loose inside which, I think, is standard for vitamins. I will come back to this in a few months time when I go for my next cholestorol check.
