Osavi Biotin, 2500mcg – 120 vegane Kapseln

I always take Biotin for my hair and nails and while they don't seem to do much for my thin hair I do find that they help with my fingernails. These capsules are tasteless, odourless and easy to swallow. They have no necessary fillers or additives, which is a welcome change from a lot of supplements nowadays. There isn't much else to say about a supplement, other than at the price they represent good value for money and I would buy them again.

This item comes in a white **** cap, plastic bottle and it has all the nutritional information, dosage and health benefits from taking this Biotin capsules on the label. It recommends taking one capsule in the morning. They are suitable for vegans and are sugar, gluten, lactose and GMO free. They are a small white capsule, which is easy to swallow, and they don’t have a smell to them. I have just started taking these tablets has I’ve heard, and read, that it has great benefit for hair and skin and with going through a few health problems, I thought I would give them a try as my hair isn’t in the best condition. I have read that it does take a few weeks to see results, but my hair does feel a little more hydrated after a couple of weeks of taking these so I’m hopeful if I keep up with them, I will see better results…

I’ve been taking biotin for years and it’s the best. Works really well for my hair. This is my second time using this brand. I take 1 a day and it lasts me for 2 months. Easy to swallow and the flavour is also good. Definitely would recommend

I ordered these capsules for my wife who is convinced of the benefits of taking biotin. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no discernible taste. You get a three month supply so very good value

Despite the lower dosage per capsule compared to some other products, they're still a great value for the price. Basically you get a longer supply at a lower dosage, for the same price as a higher dosage (but for a shorter period of time). So, choose your dosage level/ length of supplementation and make a decision accordingly. Good product, decent brand it seems. Five stars (*****) is my rating. I hope this has been helpful! The capsules were sealed very well for freshness, and they are easy to swallow. There is a slight odour but bearable. The supply is for two months so good value for money. I've seen and improvement in my nails with growth.
