Jarrow's Acetyl L-carnitine is pharmaceutical grade

I find Jarrow supplements are high quality, excellent packaging, easy to swallow vegetable caps. This Acetyl L-carnitine is supposed to be pharmaceutical grade and carries the Biosint label ( Sigma-Tau Industries,S.p.A. (Rome, Italy). So this version of Acetyl L-carnitine is patented. As far as the effectiveness of the product, only time will tell and I will have to revisit this review. Unlike many other supplements, Acetyl L-Carnitine (ALC) has some scientific proof that it works and helps some people with Alzheimer's Disease, depression, high blood sugar, and diabetic nerve pain. While sufficient carnitine levels can be obtained easily through diet, I figure, at my age, it doesn't hurt to pop an extra supplement to make sure. I have used Jarrow brand supplements for years and believe them to be a trusted brand.
