Diet Cookie contains:
Milk Protein concentrate: Typically high in the important Branched Chain Amino Acids (Leucine, Iso-Leucine and Valine), Milk Protein is a tried and tested protein source for all gym goers
Only 4g of sugar per cookie: Essential for anyone seeking weight loss or lean muscle building, a diet low in sugar will help you achieve your goals.
500mg CLA per cookie:is a linoleic fatty acid found traditionally in dairy and fish and has long been used in weight management formulas as an addition, or stand-alone ingredient.
250mg L-Carnitine per cookie: In living cells, Carnitine is required for the transport of fatty acids from the cytosol into the mitochondria during the breakdown of lipids (fats) for the generation of metabolic energy.
500mg Flaxseed powder per cookie: Flax seeds contain high levels of fibre as well as lignans, an abundance of micronutrients and omega-3 fatty acids. Studies have shown that flax seeds may lower cholesterol levels.
125ug Chromium: Chromium has been shown to contribute to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and also normal macronutrient metabolism. Normal and stable blood glucose levels are very important when following a calorie controlled diet for weight loss

Hello all. First, i'll start of by saying that I think a lot of the reviews here are harsh. These aren't normal cookies like from the shops. I thought it would be obvious that they wouldn't be super sweet and sugary. The nutrition in these are amazing, I have researched every protein cookie I can get a hold of, and these win hands down for quality protein percent to calories. Now, lets get down to the flavours. Yes, they won't taste like normal cookies, they taste a bit more like a cake. But for some of us, this is such a treat compared to always having meat, Greek yoghurt, etc. Chocolate Orange - 9/10 taste, by far my favourite flavour as I'm such a chocolate fan. Very filling for 200 calories too. Lemon + White Chocolate - 8/10 taste, it's a lot like Lemon Curd, but not quite as filling as the chocolate one. Blueberry + White Chocolate - 6/10 taste, bit like a basic oat bar with very small hint of blueberry flavour, filling though. Definitely a fan of the chocolate, and lemon flavours and can 100% recommend them over any other brands cookies. Try to find a better micronutrients filled cookie for 200 calories, and i'll buy you a box lol. Blueberry I would only get if the other two are out of stock. Amazing job, PhD.
