This pack of four bags of cereal is well worth trying, even if you have previously found it not to your taste; it’s a ‘new and improved recipe’ per the pack and per my sampling. It’s small crunchy balls of chocolate with a hint of coffee, perfectly balanced flavour for me and in a format that definitely delivers. I had mine with a rhubarb yoghurt, which provided the perfect complementary flavour and I really enjoyed it. I would have this for breakfast but also at any other time of day as a flavoursome and satiating snack. It has a high 11.6% fibre, 32.5% protein and 199 calories per 50g portion (398 per 100g) and is a good breakfast choice to set you up for the day. A bag contains five portions, so a month’s supply for the Monday to Friday for one person with the pack of four bags. I am glad to have tried this again; it really hits the spot.

My husband is a protein bar fiend, using them for energy boosts whilst running. These protein bars are a little smaller than some of the others he's tried, but provide a tasty, satisfying snack that has a good 9g of protein per bar. They taste really lovely and if you're looking for something packed with a delicious chocolatey taste, that is low in sugar and carbs, then this is a tasty option. I've tried one myself and I'm pretty impressed with how good they taste. They have a lovely soft centre, with a good crunchy chocolate outer - there's plenty of chocolate in these bars so they definitely satisfy a craving, plus they're filling too. With 24 bars in the box for £19.99, working out at around 83p a bar, that's excellent value. I will definitely be reordering more of these :)
