I can say that personally I can definitely feel a difference since taking collagen as it improves my mobility and overall moevement, it is not something that happens overnight but more after a few months. Obviously always check with your doctor regarding any supplements. Bottle is quite big which is good value for money .

For me, fresh orange juice in a morning is easy and also in hot porridge made with milk, which i like to flavour with cinnamon which is strong, so that works for me. When i've mixed it with fresh orange, it doesnt clump, perhaps a sign of a good quality product, i do hear of similar products that can clump, so that has to be a benefit from the way KIKI produce their Collagen powder. Glass bottle, with the dark glass, good for recycle and also to stop light tainting the product. Based on the serving suggestion of between 9g - 15g per serving, there is 22 servings as an approx quantity in this 200g bottle. I like the fact this product can help me with my general wellbeing, skin care, joints and those area's that time takes it's toll on. I've had no ill effect from taking it daily and not suffered with my stomach at all, so very happy to recommend this.

A good size of jar and mixes well with little effort. The taste seems to not exist with no smell or odour either.

I mix this collagen with freshly squeezed orange juice, it has no taste which is perfect as it’s just like drinking my morning juice. I’ve been taking this supplement for a couple of weeks now and have seen some positive effects on my hair and skin already, hopefully this will continue on. I like that it comes in a glass bottle, it’s much more environmentally friendly and I try to avoid plastic. It’s great that the supplement claims to be clean but I’d love to see some 3rd party testing to further back their claims.

not much to dislike about collagen. This one in particular is very special. It comes in a fairly small bottle compared to the others that I bought that came in really large containers. This also has so much more than just collagen in it. You can see the difference in your hair nails and skin just after using this for short time, I would definitely buy more of this collagen.
