Le concentré de protéines de lactosérum est du lactosérum dérivé du lait. Il est concentré car il élimine les composants non protéiques pour fournir une forme la plus pure. L'isolat de protéine de lactosérum est la protéine de la plus haute qualité, avec une teneur élevée en protéines, faible en sucre et sans matières grasses. Mode d'emploi : Mélangez une mesure (30 g) avec 200 à 250 ml d'eau réfrigérée selon vos préférences en matière de saveur, remuez ou agitez vigoureusement pendant 30 secondes à l'aide d'un shaker Fireball Labz. Une fois mélangé, consommer immédiatement. Nous recommandons 2 à 3 portions quotidiennes entre les repas programmés avant et après l'entraînement. Scoop fourni à titre indicatif uniquement.
