I have had a different approach to my morning routine and nutrition for quite a while now. While I take supplements and work out, I am always delighted to find a natural product that incorporates superfoods, greens, natural extracts, and other precious ingredients. Moreover, mushroom extracts are my champions; I have been using them for a long time to support me with depression, anxiety and my overall cognitive health. They have helped me immensely, and I maintained them in my daily diet and nutritional intake. I make my protein shake every morning, mixing collagen powder with super greens powder, post-workout whey protein, Lion`s Mane and Turkey Tail mushroom, and MCT oil powder. As such, I get a complete meal full of proteins, vitamins, minerals, natural extracts and amino acids. I recently got a mini shaker/ juicer to create delicious homogenous drinks. I add the powders and pour coconut and rice unsweetened milk. It tastes delicious! Nonetheless, when I did not have the milk and used water, it still tasted lovely! I am happy with the green powder and its impressive nutritional profile.

Stimulating my immune system and boosting my cognitive function! Or is it? I think from the intensive research I've put into it especially on the mushroom side of it that's it's probably doing just that. This is however a recent uptake added to my smoothies. Previously I was adding just super greens such as wheatgrass (super food we all know of), spirulina (definitely know this one!), and kale. Mushrooms have somewhat taken over my life from mushroom complex capsules to mushroom teas like Reishi, chaga and lion's mane latte etc so this was a pleasant addition to my growing fungi collection. I add the recommended amount to oat milk with 2 bananas, raspberries and blend it up drink it as quick as I can and that's my body and conscious put at peace. It's delicious considering it contains Cauliflower sprouts! Since adding mushrooms in my diet, I do have an abundance of energy. You don't have to take my advice for it just get yourselves mushroomed up its fungistatic!!!

I've been adding this to my daily smoothie along with frozen fruits and plant milk. I use a nutribullet to blend everything and it mixes in great. I'm less keen on adding this straight to a liquid like water but as part of my daily smoothie it's excellent. The breadth of ingredients here is very impressive and at around 1 a serving is priced fairly. I appreciate the fact that it's a clearly marked vegan product and the tub it's in a great and it can be easily closed and stored - far easier than a pouch. As a vegan I appreciate the thought put into the ingredients. One example is the addition of a couple of seed which will help me get a plant based source of omegas. Overall I'm impressed and will consider purchasing this again.

It contains 35 green foods, fruits, berries, herbs, seeds and bio-active enzymes in a single serving, and 11 green foods: pre-sprouted activated barley, wheat grass, quinoa, barley grass, alfalfa, kelp, spirulina, barley grass juice, wheat grass juice, chlorella and nettle. In short, this food supplement contains a lot of very good vitamins I must admit. Great quality at all, for really good price. Recommend to anyone for sure.
