I enjoy taking carnitine, normally with a pre work out and creatine. This has nice packing, I much prefer a small tub than a pouch, it's easier to get the powder out and you don't end up with it all over your hand. Super fast delivery and well priced.

This is an excellent product to take if you are working out and just need an extra little kick, it has 100 servings, recommend serving is one or two per day so you could get either 100 days or 50 days worth, and for £20 that's a good deal, can't really taste it, you know you are drinking it ofc but very little taste for myself. I take this around 45 mins before I work out to make sure its in my system and not sitting around in my stomach, it gives you that little bit of an extra energy boost, you might not feel anything at first but give it time. Overall for the price point, and if you were to take it just once a day before a workout, you are getting 100 days worth of product, so £20 around every 3 months is a steal. Highly recommend this.

This is a good value for money tub with a handy small scoop to allow you to accurately measure out a serving. I like using this as part of my training supplements and finds it does help improve my energy levels. Although there is nothing added to it there is a bit of flavour to it which isn't that nice but I get used to it. I like the fact it comes in a tub rather than a pouch as it's easier for me to store and also to throw into my gym back. I also appreciate the fact that it's a vegan product.
