I bought these after struggling with some stomach "issues". After 5 days I feel a lot less bloated and overall more comfortable. I feel you need at least a month to confirm the efficacy of these, so I'll amend this review if needed. But after 5 days I can confirm I feel better, they are easy to take, don't smell to much and are packaged nicely!

I was recommended these by the hospital nutritionist as these are one of the few on the market that actually reach the gut without being dissolved by the stomach acid. However I am disappointed in the year I have been purchasing these they have gone up by 5 per pack and I now buy them for another source
sorted out my stomach problems was recommended by an Enterologist have not needed Omeprazole, or buscoban since taking one a day since June
These capsules are amazing! They restore normal gut function and generally calm your stomach down. You can use them when you take anti-biotics so that you don't get an upset stomach. They are life-changers.
