Ingredients Bulking Agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Zinc (as citrate), Vegetable Capsule Shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Anti-caking Agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid. I use this Zinc supplement daily and yes I still get the cold and other illnesses, and I still experience inflammation.
