Osavi Omega-3 + D3 Immuno, Zitrone – 180 Kapseln

I have been involved in the supplement business for many years. I am a great believer in fish oils for many different conditions. I suffer from extremely dry eyes. I guess it is a combination of sun, air-con in the car, and diet. I usually take Fish Oils and Borage Oil, which offer a great combination for the body. I am always on the lookout for good fish oil and this product is very good. It is a standard 1000mg with a relatively high (compared to my normal brand of fish oil) DPA and EPA. It also has a low dose of vitamin D added to each tablet. This is a great combination. The price is okay given the strength levels. Overall this is a good product that delivers a good dose of Omega3. Overall it offers good value and I am happy to recommend it.

Good mix of supplements in one caplet. Saves having to take too many different ones. Love these. Especially in winter time. We all need omega 3 and vitamin D. Product is of good quality. softgels don't disintegrate on contact. Decent size easy to access and take, no any unpleasant aftertaste. 180 softgels a bottle is great value for the price. Seem to do the job, help our daily health.

This seems to be good quality based on the ingredients list. No nasties. Lemon scent is a nice touch and the size is pretty standard size fish oil supplements. I take fish oils for my general well being and they keep me healthy!

These capsules help you get your daily dose of Omega-3 and D3 vitamins as part of a balanced diet. If you're unable to eat quite as much fish, then these capsules will help maintain your levels. The capsules are quite large and have a nice subtle lemon taste. I did think they're a little pricey, but actually, you'll get 180 in a bottle, enough to last many months! I've tried a couple of products in the Osavi range and like the others these don't disappoint. I usually take omega 3/cod liver oil supplement plus a separate D3 supplement in winter so having these in one is convenient and actually money saving for me. 2000IU is a good strength of vitamin D and it's recommended that everyone in the U.K. takes it over winter as deficiency is very common as it is not possible to get enough through exposure to sunlight in the winter months even if you spend a lot of time outdoors. The other real bonus of these is the addition of lemon oil which gives them a pleasant taste and smell. These are big capsules but no bigger than any other fish oil I've taken and they slide down fine with some water. The recommended dose is 2 capsules a day so this pack will last 3 months. Yes there are more budget versions out there but you'd struggle to buy good quality omega 3 and D3 supplements separately for much less. This is definitely a product I would change to from my current brand going forwards.

The product comes in a convenient package that contains 180 softgels (which is a lot of softgels). The package also includes a scoop, which is great because I have to measure my daily dose (I take one softgel per day). The taste of the product is very pleasant and it doesn't have any fishy smell. The packaging is also effective in preventing the softgels from getting damaged during transit and storage. The product will hopefully help me improve my immune system and reduce my risk of getting colds or flu in the future. I would definitely recommend this product to my family members who are looking for an immune-boosting supplement!
