You really can't go wrong with Solgar. These vitamins are intended to help with concentration and focus, so if you're struggling to concentrate or if you have a bit of brain fog, these should be the business. They have a lot of B12 in them, which helps with fatigue, too. You really can't go wrong with Solgar, they're so reliable. At the time of writing, these are 33.07, which sounds a lot - especially given they'll only last you a month (you get 60 licaps, but you're supposed to take 2 or 3 a day) - but they are effective so if your brain needs a bit of a boost, these should do the trick.

Took one of these as a sample, without thinking. No taste - but of course is in a capsule (vegan). Contents black - like it has superpowers. Promptly forgot about it, intending to take one a day and see what if anything (most likely) happens. No buzz, nothing, so not like caffeine etc. Half an hour later a maths quiz popped up on a WhatsApp group with my friends. Bested it in almost no time. It was like I was making lateral connections I don't normally make. My eye made contact with the jar near my computer... really? Not just placebo? Going to have to try this again. A few days later a really tough missing letters game appeared. Again, did really well and quickly, and was the first to get all the answers. I think these capsules need a double-blind randomised test on them. They certainly seem to work for me. Maybe there is something I've been lacking, as always concerned over my inability to concentrate or remember things. Therefore they might not work for everyone. They are at a tricky price-point - for the benefit I'm getting, I won't hesitate to renew my supply at approx 1 per day. But to splash out 33 (at time of writing) seems too much if unsure will do anything for you. Certainly the brand, Solgar, has the best reputation - I trust them fully.

I'm quite a big fan of supplements, and have tried all sorts of things over the years. The one brand that I trust without any doubt, is Solgar. Yes Solgar is VERY expensive for the ingredients that you get. But... There's so much more to it than that! Some of the ingredients in vitamins have the potential to be very toxic in extremely doses. You don't know how those ingredients have been manufactured. They could have been made wrong and be harmful, they could have impurities in them... The amount in them could be completely different to what is advertised. There's so many variables! For something that you'll likely be putting into your body every day at a very high dose, you want to make sure that it's high quality and is exactly as advertised. That is what Solgar does best, and of course you're going to pay a premium for it. If you're someone who cares about their health enough to want to buy a supplement, then PLEASE buy something good like Solgar, don't go for cheap unknown brands because those supplements may very well end up harming you more than doing any good. Solgar has been around for decades and they have very strict manufacturing processes that comply with the highest standards - you cannot go wrong with this brand. The ingredients in this, while fairly sparse, are very targeted and do a great job of giving you the focus and brain support that you need. There are trademarked Solgar ingredients in this which help with absorption to ensure you're getting the most out of the ingredients in them. I am very happy with these and would highly recommend them to everyone!

I started using Solgar supplements when I was pregnant and looking for the most effective Folate supplements and kept coming across recommendations for this brand, and I have continued to use this brand for quite a few other supplements. This particular combined supplement appealed to me because I have been struggling with not being able to focus at work. I have been taking these for a few days and I have really noticed a change. I have been able to concentrate for longer periods of time and have gotten more done in my work day so for me these are a big winner.

I've been using these for 4 weeks now and do feel cleared in my thoughts (medication I take for colitis makes my brain foggy!). Would say it's only been this week that I've felt the benefit so don't work instantly bear this in mind.
