I drink alot of powdered drinks, and these ones are on the premium end for sure. Lots of micro nutrients and electrolytes its basically powdered gatorade. Probably not best to drink all day every day but excellent for after exercising. The black cherry flavor actually tastes good and doesn't have that chemical cough syrup taste that many other powdered drinks have.
I love the taste of this. It mixes well with water, no chalky taste. I can feel the difference after drinking it.
I really like this. I'm working on my health and walking more. This is a great replacement for soda, and much better for hydration after working out. Will definitely be getting more of this!
I was worried when I got this bag of PEScience electrolyte hydration. I thought it was a scoop situation. Fortunately I was wrong! They are individual sticks. They mix right up if you shake them in your water bottle. And the taste is great. No worries. Feel hydrated, and no dizziness at all during my workouts. YAY! 30 sticks in one bag, enough for the month.
This electrolyte hydration powder went into solution very easily. The taste was excellent - it has kind of a creamy taste, and the tart cherry really shines through. Overall, I enjoyed this drink mix very, very much.
This is a great sugar-free electrolyte powder. It comes in 30 stick packets so its easy to carry with you. One packet for me tastes good with 16oz of water. The directions does recommend 10-12 oz but 16oz works fine with me. It does taste like the black cherry flavor and not overly sweet.
