Our PhD COMPLETE shake is a nutritionally complete meal replacement that is high in protein, low in sugar and has 23 essential vitamins and minerals. Our COMPLETE shakes are also 100 percent plant-based and can be used within cooking, smoothies or as a tasty shake. Add 2 scoops (60g) to 350ml of Ice cold water (milk or milk alternative) and shake for 10 seconds. Why not try adding to foods, smoothies, or as a cooking ingredient. Do not exceed the daily dose of 2 servings. Use only as part of an energy restricted diet, other foods should be a necessary part of such diet.
