Bio-Kult Mind 60 Capsules

Dad has lots of health problems and he has gotten very slow mentally and physically. Since taking these he has improved dramatically mentally. He is back to doing sudoku puzzles and beating the contestants on University Challenge! Physically he is a wee bit quicker too. Cannot prove his miraculous improvement is anything to do with these tablets but I am prepared to be impressed and get some more and see if the improvement is maintained.

This is a really useful combination of a pro-biotic and other supplements to support health, with a focus on mental health balance. The pro-biotic is Bacillus Subtilis and its benefits include supporting digestion, enzyme production, immune and digestive system health - and it is sturdy enough to survive our gastric acids it must pass through to get to the gut. And then you have the benefits of grape extract, zinc and blueberry extract. It is good value as well because the price is not high - and you are getting 4 things for the price of one. The capsules are no problem to swallow with water and I find them easy to take and I am beginning to feel the benefit, not least in having a calmer digestive system.

Bio-Kult heralds this as an "advanced multi-action formulation". The ingredients do have multiple actions, but to call the formulation "advanced" is a slight overstatement. You could get the same results from eating a handful of organic blueberries and a large natural bio yoghurt. I'm not knocking this product. Blueberries and natural bio yoghurt aren't always at hand, plus they have a short shelf life, whereas these capsules can go anywhere with you and they have a shelf life of 2 years. The Bio-Kult Mind box contains 4 blister packs - the most annoying form of packaging. A recyclable plastic bottle would have been much better and safer - no risk of cutting skin on metal foil, and no risk of the capsules ending up on the floor when popped out. In terms of ingredients, there are no issues. Grape and blueberry extracts provide high levels of OPCs (healthy plant polyphenols - chemical compounds with protective and damage-preventive properties). The live bacteria Bacillus subtilis PXN 21 has been shown to survive gut acids and go on to stimulate the immune system and colonise in the gut for 21 days after consumption, so this supplement doesn't provide just an ephemeral boost to health - its benefits are ongoing. In addition to providing positive benefits to gut and intestinal health, Bacillus subtilis PXN 21 inhibits the activity of the harmful pathogens Salmonella typhimurium, Streptococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Enterococcus faecalis and Clostridium difficile. The final active ingredient - zinc citrate - is included to elevate mood, mental focus, memory and overall brain function. Because some of the live bacteria are taken from a milk base, this product is suitable for vegetarians but not for vegans. The capsules have no noticeable flavour. I've been taking them for one week and I do feel a positive difference in baseline mood and mental focus. Perhaps this is partly due to festive cheer, but I feel confident that it is at least in part down to the Bio-Kult Mind supplement.

This is easy to take and I am willing to try anything to help my everyday cognitive strain with ADHD. Watch this space

This tablets have a nice flavour, are easy to swallow and helps with cognitive function. Are healthy and a good value for money!. I would definitely recommend it!

I don't think my IQ has improved but I trust that these will be of some benefit to a man like me who's ageing a bit now. They're easy to swallow and no issues so I can recommend them without hesitation.
